LABEL CHECKING SERVICE

As per The Food Information to Consumers (FIC) Regulation requires to declare 14 food allergens be specifically highlighted in the ingredients list on a food label.

We will carry out comprehensive food allergen risk assessment for recipes on site to identify the allergens. It is vital to avoid cross contamination in food dishes and therefore all staff must be trained for allergen awareness of all dishes.
